Great video sir! Didn't realize I am the same age and have the same exact background as you with the exception of applying the homesteading knowledge that you have. I've been tussling with the full blown commit to homesteading. Is it smart to grow my own food and be self-sustaining and preach this? Yes. Will it make me happy? I really dont know and frankly just having two dogs as shown me how limiting it can be for travel. I imagine a lot of your followers who hold you in high esteem like me appreciate your wisdom. This video is full of your wisdom eminating from you. I'll definitely be checking out your other channel and i am excited for your future. I too came back to Christ from being a Catholic. An interesting spiritual progression. Im currently tussling on the denominations and fundamentally believe they each may have a claim. Im curious of your denomination with your stronger fervor and i suspect orthodox from it. I dont mean to put you down the same path of different Christ factions warring with each other and which is correct but a great interview, conversation, or podcast guest (that'd be exciting) for you could be with Jay Dyer if you could make it happen. He loves debating folks on his Orthodox position and he's very wise too. Sometimes comes off as pompous but perhaps because he's been through the ringer fending off the satanic sophist rats lol. Thank you for sharing your story and being vulnerable. Though our vocabulary around spirituality varies greatly, it is always interesting to me to see where people of differing views are on their path to discovering their Truth. We are all divine and the purpose of life is to align with our Higher Truth and ultimately seek Union with the self or God in this context. Cheers, and good luck in Asia!

Dude this is so amazing and timely. I really appreciate your heart and testimony. I have felt this way for so long and it’s confirmation that God is working through so many people I follow/watch and that our biggest purpose is to serve and worship God the true God. As many times as I have turned away, he always uses others to bring me back and I am thankful for your openness and faithfulness.

I've never had luck with plug trays, soil blocks have been perfect every time. I think for me its the depth. Soil blockers have the dibble that makes the same depth every time. Just started sucession seeds today and am trying plugs again. Will see how it goes.

I think you have missed something important. Existence is change. Nothing goes away. You may not know your great-great grandfathers name, but you are a part of him. The sun may nova and disappear but the energy it created is there and has affected everything it touches. Religion is just a way for mankind to explain what we do not understand and to form controls on our impulses. Your Christianity is how you process that lack of understanding and that is not a bad thing.

@Steven I absolutely agree with your point near the very end of your vid here about even spending all that time 'preparing' for this and that can be all for nothing since it can be taken away in one way or another that is beyond our control. AND the only One that is truly in control is God and only He does the saving through His Son Jesus. Ther is no other true hope outside of that and to rely on ourselves will prove to be in vain. That doesn't mean we ought not do reasonable things for preparedness but some of these ones are simply going bonkers with it while saying they are believers themselves. Peace to you and to everyone else, in Jesus' name :)

The people who are left behind and are facing thr great tribulation.. They will have to use self sustainable things to survive. So if we (people like you) leave this knowledge etc. for them (cause we born again Christians are catched away by then) this will help them. And it's a testimony because they firstly didn't cared much about God & to be more self sustainable. [When the antichrist reigns it will be not allowed to sell & buy]. But now we are living in a time like Noah did. It is written that also in the endtimes - people will buy houses, get married, etc. . But I believe that we will shortly experience the great tribulation, not the very great, but the beginning. Jesus sayed something like this: If you remain faithful to the end I will save you from the temptation which will befall the whole world. (This is only paraphriced).

At the beginning of your talk...it reminded me of Ecclesiastes 2:17 Therefore I hated life because the work that was done under the sun was distressing to me, for all is vanity and grasping for the wind. I completely understand how you felt...I myself have been in a funk, and I absolutely know it is because I have taken my eyes off of Jesus...first due to the plandemic and now, just because I have become complacent.
